Bathrooms are fully tiled, spacious and well appointed with heated towel rails and new Triton electric showers complete with effective lighting provision from halogen spots.

The kitchen is in an I-plan design, attached to the lounge but forming its own distinct space. Well equipped with a good range of crockery and equipment, a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine with drier.

The spacious lounge area is attractively decorated and furnished. Good flexible lighting is provided to create the correct atmosphere. A television / video and DVD player is provided as well as a high quality music centre, some board games, jigsaws, reading materials and wireless broadband connection.
