Bathrooms are fully tiled, spacious and well appointed with heated towel rails and new electric showers complete with effective lighting provision.

The kitchen is in an I-plan design, attached to the lounge but forming its own distinct space. Well equipped with a good range of crockery and equipment, a fridge / freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine with drier.

The spacious lounge area has good flexible lighting to create the correct atmosphere. A television / video and DVD player, high quality music centre, some board games, jigsaws, reading materials and wireless broadband connection are also provided.
